Limitation of Liability – AI Does Not Replace Medical Professionals
As stated in our Terms and Conditions: All answers, responses, information, or suggestions provided by MediTour’s AI SHOULD NOT be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or professional treatment plans.
- Our AI acts solely as an information support and administrative navigation tool.
- Users must not rely on AI information to make independent medical decisions. You must always consult directly with licensed healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals) before undergoing any medical procedures.
- MediTour is not liable for any damages or consequences arising from users misunderstanding AI responses as medical diagnoses.
Data Security and Privacy in the AI Era
We are committed to protecting your personal data in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy:
- Medical Data Security: All sensitive information, including medical records or health conditions that you share, will NOT be used to train public third-party AI models.
- Access Limitations: Your input data when interacting with the AI is used solely to process your current request and improve MediTour’s internal algorithms in an encrypted and anonymized format.
- No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell or share your AI interaction data with any third party outside of the direct medical partners involved in your treatment (and only with your consent).
Transparency and User Rights
- Right to Know: MediTour always clearly indicates when you are interacting with an automated system (Chatbot/AI) instead of a human.
- Right to Human Intervention: If the AI system cannot resolve your request or if you feel uncomfortable interacting with the AI, you have the right to request that the conversation be transferred to MediTour’s human consultant team.
